- Demonstrated experience in a medical education role, including a demonstrated record of developing and evaluating training systems and achieving outcomes in medical education delivery
- Knowledge of the Australian Training Curriculum Framework as it applies to JMOs in their PGY1 and PGY2 years
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills to build functional working relationships and to liaise with a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership within a small team, displaying strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of, and experience in the CRMEC (or NSW HETI) accreditation processes and requirements
- Knowledge of industrial frameworks in particular relating to performance management of JMOs
- Demonstrate a commitment to work, health and safe (WHS) and the positive patient experience and displays behaviour consistent with both NSW Health Ministry and ACT Health’s values.
