Selection Criteria:
  1. Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately
  2. Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the data captured in the major health data systems used in NSW Health particularly patient administration systems, HIE, Waiting list information, ED, DOHRS
  3. Demonstrated skills in business process review including process mapping, gap analysis, development of policies/procedures and standards
  4. Advanced expertise in the development, building, querying and maintaining of reports and databases using statistical software packages such as SAS and office computer systems such as the Microsoft Office suite
  5. Extensive experience using the Health Information Exchange and Business Objects
  6. Demonstrated experience in managing a number of projects concurrently, with varying timelines and workloads, in a high volume work environment
  7. Demonstrated strong analytical, facilitation, inter-personal and communication skills in understanding requirements and providing solutions to client needs with a demonstrated record in delivery of quality customer service, meeting customer expectations and the ability to work with a team
  8. Relevant tertiary qualifications in analytics, bio-statistics and/or related discipline; and/or equivalent work experience
