Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the data captured in the major health data systems used in NSW Health particularly patient administration systems, HIE, Waiting list information, ED, DOHRS
- Demonstrated skills in business process review including process mapping, gap analysis, development of policies/procedures and standards
- Advanced expertise in the development, building, querying and maintaining of reports and databases using statistical software packages such as SAS and office computer systems such as the Microsoft Office suite
- Extensive experience using the Health Information Exchange and Business Objects
- Demonstrated experience in managing a number of projects concurrently, with varying timelines and workloads, in a high volume work environment
- Demonstrated strong analytical, facilitation, inter-personal and communication skills in understanding requirements and providing solutions to client needs with a demonstrated record in delivery of quality customer service, meeting customer expectations and the ability to work with a team
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in analytics, bio-statistics and/or related discipline; and/or equivalent work experience
