- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health related field and/or relevant equivalent work experience in service delivery within community aged care services
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and negotiating skills with a strong customer service approach
- Experience and skills in the use a variety of software applications and demonstrated ability to learn new systems and applications
- Detailed knowledge of contemporary issues in management including financial, human resource and organisational management
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills that lead to the development of innovative solutions or improvements to business operations
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders and to demonstrate strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to assist in the development of policy and processes in accordance with approved guidelines
- Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position)
