Selection Criteria:

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in health management or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience
  2. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  3. Demonstrated skills and experience in developing, managing, implementing and coordinating Projects.
  4. Knowledge of contemporary issues related to integrated health care service design and health service access and referral systems
  5. Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills that lead to the development of innovative solutions to workplace issues
  6. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key internal and external stakeholders
  7. Demonstrated ability to drive the development of policy and processes in accordance with approved guidelines
  8. Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position)
