What leadership strategies do you utilise and implement to develop staff capabilities and ensure goals are achieved? In your answer provide specific examples and identify any challenges you have overcome and any notable achievements as a leader.

How would you lead the Service Quality team to translate HealthShare’s strategic direction into operational goals? In your example, describe how you would build a shared understanding of the link to core business outcomes.

Give an example of when you have identified, developed and implemented a continuous improvement initiative. What was the improvement, what process did you implement and what was the outcome? In your answer identify any challenges you encountered and how you ensured team members embraced change.
You will be asked to complete a psychometric assessment (e.g. personality and cognitive abilities assessments) in the recruitment process for this position.
