- Relevant post-graduate qualification and/or working towards same and demonstrated commitment to professional development
- Relevant experience in the management and leadership of multidisciplinary child and/or youth mental health services, particularly within a community mental health setting
- Demonstrated ability to develop, monitor and report on strategic, business and work plans.
- Demonstrated skills and capacity to monitor and manage financial cost centres
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, work well under pressure and manage communications and information, with highly developed negotiation and delegation skills. Current unencumbered NSW Drivers licence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the capacity to capacity to manage and negotiate complex systems and service relationships
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Clinical Practice Improvement, Safety Improvement Programs and risk management strategies.
