Selection Criteria
- Qualifications in tendering and contract management or working towards same as well as extensive previous experience in a similar position.
- Experience in contemporary procurement management policies and procedures and embedding best practice principles aligned to a public sector context.
- 3.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities with demonstrated experience and abilities to coach, influence and work with stakeholders to achieve effective procurement outcomes
- Sound problem-solving and conceptual skills and forward thinking approach including the ability to analyse and interpret information, use of excellent written communication to prepare correspondence/reports, tender and contract documents and deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
- Proven capacity to lead the tendering and contracting initiatives and support implementation through teamwork and collaboration.
- Proven capacity to apply probity requirements to the tendering and contracting process in a large diverse service industry organisation and/or relevant qualifications or equivalent.
- Excellent keyboard skills and demonstrated experience in creating and formatting documents using MS Office Software, and computer based information systems
- Capacity and willingness, including current NSW driver’s license, to travel to HealthShare NSW business and customer service locations throughout NSW.
