- Demonstrated extensive experience and/or qualifications in supporting security operations technologies: Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Proxies, Remote Access, VPN, Load balancing and Web Application Security.
- Demonstrated extensive experience and knowledge in Privilege Access Management and operations security architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain, review and optimize current environment to deliver security related improvements.
- Demonstrated experience in Incident, Change and Event management processes and technologies as aligned with ITIL methodologies.
- Ability to be flexible and undertake a variety of roles and ownership within and across support and/or project teams to deliver agreed outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to fault find and resolve issues in a complex operation security environments.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with management, vendors, partners and customers both internal and external to eHealth.
