- Knowledge and demonstrated experience of contemporary frameworks and technologies, including but not limited to: Cloud Hybrid Network design/application delivery, Cisco (including core Cisco data Centre routing and switching technologies, i.e. NEXUS, BGP, OSPF), Wireless, Bluecoat, Avaya, Iron Port, Firewalls - Juniper/ASA/Palo Alto, AlgoSec, Infoblox.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills, particularly in reporting and consultation, with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. This includes the ability to work with customers to define business requirements and to translate them into technical requirements.
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
- Capacity and willingness, including current NSW driver's license, to travel to eHealth NSW business and service locations throughout NSW, which may include overnight stay in regional / remote areas.
- Demonstrated experience in Network Presales, including working with customers to derive business requirements, working with third party vendors and Telecommunications Carriers/providers, costing and designing LAN/WAN solutions that are fit for purpose and meet customer business requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in the planning, designing, and implementing of LTM, GTM, APM and ASM services utilising f5 hardware and software in a complex and multi tenanted enterprise environment.
