Please address selection criteria
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in the operations of food services and/or patient support services
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and develop solutions for day-to-day challenges in an operational environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and sound written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to integrate quality assurance and customer service principles into day-to-day operations
- Understanding of basic business and financial concepts to day-to-day work
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policy and professional standards in the areas of food safety, infection control, cleaning, and work health and safety
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Window-based programs, such as Word and Excel, and the use electronic devices
