Essential Criteria
Qualification: Degree in Speech Pathology
Registration: Eligibility for full practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia
Selection Criteria
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia
- Evidence of significant graduate experience and advanced skills in the speech pathology management of clients and their families in one or more of the following client groups: brain injury, neurological disorders, rehabilitation
- Evidence of effective skills working independently and as a member of a collaborative interdisciplinary team
- Evidence of effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated use of an evidence-based approach to speech pathology practice
- Demonstrated experience of working across a range of environments, preferably in clients’ homes and community settings
- Evidence of engagement in continuing professional education and quality management activities
- Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia
