Senior Social Worker / Team Leader (Level 5)
Selection Criteria
- Bachelor of Social Work from an accredited University and eligibility for membership of the AASW.
- Demonstrated advanced level Social Work practice skills in a range of clinical settings including aged care and rehabilitation.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a health setting, within the aged care or community environment.
- Demonstrated advanced level written and verbal communication skills including conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated experience and competency in quality improvement, service planning and evaluation.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in the effective management, supervision and professional development of staff.
- Advanced level computer skills.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 Licence acceptable).
