Senior Social Marketing Officer
Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications or social marketing or relevant/demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of planning, developing, implementing and monitoring communication and social marketing activities including paid campaigns.
- In-depth understanding of contemporary digital media practices and evidence-based principles, and demonstrated experience managing digital strategies, developing KPIs, and evaluating the performance and effectiveness of digital platforms (including cost effectiveness of paid activities).
- Strong strategic skills and experience providing high level advice and recommendations on complex communication and social marketing initiatives to a range of teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence, negotiate and collaborate with other teams outside your direct control.
- Ability to prioritise and plan work effectively within a busy environment.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
