Senior Research Administration Officer

Relevant tertiary diploma or degree qualifications or significant experience in providing high level executive administrative and management support to including a proven capacity to operate effectively in a complex environment demanding confidentiality, flexibility and discernment.

Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal and oral and written communication skills and advanced proficiency in business writing, development of presentations, reports and executive correspondence.

Advanced experience in financial management including accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records and reporting from financial systems including Oracle.

Proven high level of organizational skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meet deadlines supported by a demonstrated capacity to exercise initiative and judgment.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and self-direct projects to meet goals.

Experience in supporting executive and Board governance committees, in relation to collation of papers, agendas, minutes and action related matters.

High level competence with electronic records management systems such as TRIM
-
High level competence with desktop software including Microsoft Word, Excel,PowerPoint & Outlook.
