Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Recent experience working in a Recruitment or HR Transactional unit for a large complex organisation, or a similar position working with an eRecruitment system or Human Resources information system.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service including the ability to liaise efficiently to all key stakeholders internal and external while maintaining confidentiality.
- High level of organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail, including the use proficiency in using PC based software such as Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment to meet strict deadlines while constantly looking at ways to improve the service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to identify trends and implement solutions in order to improve recruitment KPI results.
- A willingness to undertake a diverse range of work within Workforce, Services & Performance.
