The ideal candidate will have...
- Extensive experience working in a Recruitment or Transactional environment for a large complex organisation, or in a similar position working with an e-recruitment system or Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service including the ability to liaise effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
- Demonstrated capacity to work in a high volume and demanding environment to meet strict deadlines while constantly looking at ways to improve service delivery.
