- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in the specialist knowledge base of project management, change management and enterprise risk management.
- Demonstrated ability and success in management of the multiple complex tasks and processes in effective leadership of change/project teams to successful outcome achievement.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of projects involving capital works, building facilities, models of care and program development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex change within an evidenced based change management framework of practice.
- Proven superior planning, organisational, problem solving and evaluation (analytical) skills.
- Excellent demonstrated written and interpersonal communication and negotiation skills applicable to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Self-sufficiency in computing, specifically word processing, spread sheet and project management applications and a current NSW Driver's Licence.
