Targeted Questions (1-2 pages)

  1. Provide an example where you have delivered a project with a complex range of internal and external stakeholder involvement? What challenges did this pose in project and change management and what did you learn from the process?
  2. Provide an example of a cross organisational piece of work you have delivered that demonstrates the presence of excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with staff, management and stakeholders. Describe any issues that you encountered that needed to be addressed. How did you ensure all parties understood their roles and responsibilities and delivered on their requirements as planned?
