Essential Criteria:
Vaccination: Category A High Risk
Checks: National Police Check and Working with Children Check
Qualification: Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions e.g Bachelor of Pharmacy, Master of Pharmacy.
Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated advanced communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult, negotiate and liaise effectively with people at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated high level of competence, expertise and knowledge in clinical oncology/ haematology services.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computing and use of ARIA, MOSAIQ or CHARM, iPharmacy and eMR applications with understanding of clinical information management systems and processes within a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of QA principles and formulary management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to effect practice change.
- Commitment to education and training and the ability to impart knowledge and skills to hospital clinicians on the use of ARIA.
- This position is mainly based at Westmead Hospital but may involve travelling to various facilities of WSLHD when required. Please advise if you are willing to travel to different facilities of the WSLHD health network when required.
