How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
  1. Full Pharmacist registration with AHPRA with no restrictions to the scope of practice.
  2. Extensive knowledge and understanding of the requirements of NSQHS Standard 4: Medication Safety
  3. Demonstrated experience working within a multidisciplinary team, including a record of participation in clinical meetings and medical rounds
  4. Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult effectively, advise and provide assistance to professional peers and other staff. Including computer literacy and ability to use health information systems
  5. Demonstrated participation in development and review of medication and other related policies.
  6. Demonstrated ability to actively participate in quality improvement programs as well as training and education experience.
  7. Demonstrated ability to set priorities and adhere to deadlines with the proven ability to problem solve using initiative
  8. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff in the delivery of high quality pharmacy service within a tertiary referral hospital
