- Must hold as a minimum a bachelor degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Orthotic Prosthetic Association, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Proven ability and experience in the clinical and technical aspects of Orthotic service provision relating to complex rehabilitation needs
- Demonstrated experience in providing clinical supervision to junior Orthotists and ability to provide support to students
- Prior involvement in presentations and quality improvement processes
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and liaise with other professionals to ensure access to health services and continuity of care for clients and their families in an outpatient setting
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with effective time management skills
- Current driving licence (Class C unrestricted) valid within Australia and willingness to use for the work purposes
