  1. A bachelor or post graduate degree in Occupational Therapy with Current Authority to Practise as an Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Knowledge, skills and experience to meet the requirements of the NSW Health Professionals Award Level 2.
  2. Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  3. Experience and advanced skills in the provision of Occupational Therapy within a community based setting with an ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
  4. Ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/ caseload.
  5. Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence based practice.
  6. Demonstrated ability to lead planning and evaluation of team activities.
  7. Demonstrated ability to provide and coordinate staff and student supervision
  8. Current licence to drive in NSW with the ability to drive for work purposes.
