Selection Criteria

• Tertiary qualifications in health related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and coordinate professional staff and to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and mentoring to multicultural health staff
• Demonstrated experience in program design, implementation and evaluation within an evidence based framework
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with internal and external program partners
• Excellent understanding of the health and social needs of CALD communities and demonstrated ability to develop access and equity strategies
• Demonstrated high level of organisational, communication and computer skills
• Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
