Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work &Clinical Nurse Consultant - at least 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience and in addition who has approved post registration nursing/midwifery qualifications relevant to the field in which he/she is appointed, or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation

Selection Criteria:
- Experience and clinical skills in community mental health triage, comprehensive assessments, including risk and safety planning as well as experience in provision of collaborative care and discharge planning.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with consumers/carers/families and has experience working with families who are coping with Mental Health Illness.
- Highly developed interpersonal communications skills, effective verbal, written and negotiation skills and intermediate computer skills.
- Experience and knowledge in acute mental health intervention, early intervention, and CALD issues.
- Understanding of the recovery philosophy and trauma informed care in Mental Health with the ability to implement these in clinical practice.
- Experience in mentoring, clinical supervision, education and training; experience in developing and implementing quality improvement activities/projects.
- Understanding of NSW Mental Health Act (2007).
- Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia (P2 acceptable) willing to use it for work purpose.
