  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
  2. Demonstrated experience in the analysis and application of human resources/workforce analytics to inform workforce planning and strategy.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing contemporary workforce planning strategies
  4. Demonstrated senior leadership and management experience within health, that encompasses contemporary human resource management and award compliance, finance and resource management, workforce development, recruitment practices and project management
  5. Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills that enable the position holder to lead, influence, motivate and engage people at all levels.
  6. Demonstrated understanding of the formal partnerships and key stakeholders related to the development of new clinical and non-clinical units/services within health care facilities and service planning.
  7. Proven problem solving expertise in a challenging and dynamic environment, and an ability to deliver outcomes while managing simultaneous projects and a diverse portfolio.
  8. Proven extensive capability in initiating and maintaining stakeholder relationships both internally and externally and representing the SWSLHD at local, state and national forums.
