- Relevant tertiary qualifications and or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the analysis and application of human resources/workforce analytics to inform workforce planning and strategy.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing contemporary workforce planning strategies
- Demonstrated senior leadership and management experience within health, that encompasses contemporary human resource management and award compliance, finance and resource management, workforce development, recruitment practices and project management
- Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills that enable the position holder to lead, influence, motivate and engage people at all levels.
- Demonstrated understanding of the formal partnerships and key stakeholders related to the development of new clinical and non-clinical units/services within health care facilities and service planning.
- Proven problem solving expertise in a challenging and dynamic environment, and an ability to deliver outcomes while managing simultaneous projects and a diverse portfolio.
- Proven extensive capability in initiating and maintaining stakeholder relationships both internally and externally and representing the SWSLHD at local, state and national forums.
