  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in planning, project and change management.
  2. Demonstrated skills and experience in planning and development of clinical and health support services.
  3. Demonstrated experience in the development, delivery and evaluation of projects.
  4. An understanding of emerging best practice and trends relating to health service delivery, workforce redesign and organisational change particularly within a rural health context.
  5. Well developed analytical skills that facilitate a conceptual approach to the strategic planning process and proven ability to develop innovative solutions.
  6. Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and demonstrated written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  7. Demonstrated time management skills and capacity to successfully deliver outcomes.
  8. Current drivers licence and willingness to travel across the LHD as required.
