- Nationally recognised Dental Assisting qualification - Certificate IV in Dental Assisting.
- Demonstrated knowledge and practice in providing advanced level of dental assisting skills across general and specialised Oral Health Practitioner disciplines, including more challenging & complex patient care.
- A demonstrated understanding of current Dental Infection Control Procedures and Standards.
- Capacity to work as part of the senior network leadership group, with the ability to manage change, meet task timelines and performance objectives as directed by senior management.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, with a variety of key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, counsel and manage staff, including annual reporting, performance management, mentor and develop team members.
- Demonstrated experience in undertaking a range of administrative tasks associated with oral health clinical operations, including staff rostering and procurement services and demonstrated computer skills.
- Current valid and unrestricted Australian State or Territory drivers licence, and willingness to travel and work in various locations within the network.
