- Relevant qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing an extensive multivendor multisite Data Communications Network (LAN & WAN) including VoIP systems
- Experience with design, installation and configuration of Ethernet based firewalls, routers, hubs and switches
- Experience with structured cabling plant design and implementation
- Demonstrated experience in Network troubleshooting and analysis tools
- Experience with project managing network related projects
- Relevant qualifications and/or industry approved course certifications
- Good oral and written communications skills
