TARGETED QUESTIONS
1) Describe an
allied health project you have managed. Define your role, processes you
followed to manage the projects successfully, how you anticipated and managed
risk, involvement and liaison with relevant stakeholders, outcome and
translation to practise. (500 words)
2) What main
factors would you consider in devising your approach to managing a complex
stakeholder environment? Provide an example of a complex & sensitive
stakeholder issue you have managed, outline how you managed this, & how you
resolved issues reflecting on the approach you took. (500 words)
