Selection Criteria
  • Customer service skills with a high degree of personal integrity and motivation.
  • Sound oral communication skills.
  • Concise report writing ability and information correlation skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in the application of security systems, including alarms, access control, CCTV, and relevant statutory law.
  • Proven experience in communicating and responding to challenging and aggressive situations such as distressed persons, demonstrating empathy, integrity, and resilience under various circumstances.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment with minimal supervision and the ability to organise and prioritise work demands within required timeframes.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders including ability to work co-operatively as a member of a team.
  • Must hold current NSW Security licence (Class 1A minimum), NSW drivers licence (P2 acceptable) and a current First Aid Certificate.
