- You will be working within teams adopting and driving Lean Agile methodologies. Provide an example of where you have introduced or improved Agile practices within a business. What were some of the techniques and tools you used to assist in this, what was the outcome, and what did you learn for next time?
- You will be working within a large organisation with evolving needs. Please describe a time where you have had to deal with multiple requests and conflicting priorities. How did you manage expectations and ensure delivery of requirements in a timely manner.
