- Must hold a degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer, which provides eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association/full registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in adolescent mental health as well as knowledge of the mental health needs of adolescents in contact with the criminal justice system.
- Proven ability in forming effective working relationships with a diverse range of professionals.
- Demonstrated experience in the ability to deliver high quality education and consultation services aligned with, evidence based adolescent/early intervention programs.
- Clear effective communication through written and verbal communication skills that are positive and culturally sensitive. As well as proficiency in operating computer systems.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects and quality improvement initiatives.
- Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence and valid Working with Children Check Certificate.
