  1. Relevant qualifications in WHS (minimum Certificate IV in WHS) or equivalent experience and relevant skills and knowledge in Risk Management.
  2. Detailed knowledge, experience and understanding of the NSW Work Health and Safety legislation.
  3. Demonstrated experience in the collection and analysis of WHS performance data and the preparation of reports in line with performance.
  4. Demonstrated ability to audit WHS systems or current accreditation as an auditor of the NSW Health WHS Audit Tool or eligibility to apply for accreditation.
  5. Demonstrated ability to implement, manage and coordinate WHS activities/programs/processes and systems which have targeted objectives and positive cultural impact.
  6. Relevant experience and demonstrated ability in identifying training needs, and the development and delivery of training to an adult workforce.
  7. Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills including sound conflict resolution and negotiation skills, and time management project management/planning/administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  8. Current, unrestricted Driver’s Licence.
