  1. Demonstrated ability to deliver complex data focused projects, including the use of project management methodologies ie PRINCE2, Scrum, AIM, Six Sigma.
  2. Demonstrated understanding of data governance practices in NSW and Australian healthcare systems, particularly in regards to linking information systems between organisations, coupled with extensive understanding of the program design & management cycle.
  3. Demonstrated understanding of distributed/federated data systems and experience in implementation and management of large scale data systems.
  4. Demonstrated excellence in all aspects of the management of staff and business processes using strategic/business planning, integration and evaluation skills to ensure available resources are used effectively to deliver the RODE Project.
  5. Proven experience in, and demonstrated record of sound achievement and leadership at senior management level in a large and complex organisation.
  6. Excellent strategic planning and policy development skills, including the ability to make complex judgements and take initiative within the delegated area.
  7. Excellent negotiation, decision making and influencing skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels.
  8. Highly developed and effective written oral communication skills, with excellence in Microsoft Office applications.
