  1. Formal qualifications in Project Management and/or significant level of project management experience in implementing information systems and an advanced understanding of hospital business and patient flow.
  2. Extensive experience in implementing complex clinical information systems across multiple facilities in a Local Health District.
  3. Advanced ability to plan and manage multiple projects in a high impact program through to completion in a timely and cost effective manner.
  4. Advanced demonstrated understanding of deploying IM&T applications with a focus on deploying COTS Products.
  5. Advanced demonstrated ability to create and manage a Project Team from various clinical backgrounds from start-up and form a cohesive team through to closing out the Project.
  6. Substantial demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining contemporary project plans and other project related documents as well as using MS Project Schedule.
  7. Advanced demonstrated experience working with an extensive complex array of stakeholders from various professional backgrounds and organisations both from inside and outside the LHD.
  8. Valid Unrestricted driver’s license for use within NSW/Australia and ability to travel and stay overnight at remote locations scattered throughout the LHD and central locations such as Sydney.
