Revenue Officer (Administrative Officer Level 4)
Selection Criteria
- Certificate III in Accounts Administration or equivalent, and/or relevant work experience in a high volume environment within a large organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable processes and procedures including proven capacity to undertake fast, accurate, timely data entry in a high volume environment.
- Advanced interpersonal, communication and consultation skills, including the ability to maintain good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support organisational wide change as it relates to billing services.
- Proven capacity to investigate billing and collection issues, including the reporting of findings to management, including recommendation of possible solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise workloads to meet competing demands, including to achieve own work requirements and to support the overall work requirements of the team.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing positively to team development and working relationships.
- Commitment to providing high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Advanced computers skills, particularly with Excel and financial and billing systems such as Oracle, PBRC and other billing systems combined with strong administrative skills and the capacity to provide attention to detail.
