- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in a health related field plus extensive experience OR extensive relevant experience
- Understanding of current health issues as they affect the delivery of Respiratory Disease and patient care.
- Proven experience in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation at strategic, program and service levels.
- Demonstrated analytical, critical appraisal and problem solving skills
- High level of leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Experience of developing partnerships and with working successfully with a range of stakeholders (internal and external)
- Demonstrated experience in leading change management and developing a skilled workforce
- Demonstrated experience of working as part of a team.
