Residential Service Assistant

1. Certificate 3 in Aged Care or related field.
2. Current First Aid certificate.
3. Effective communication and customer service skills.
4. Understanding and commitment to work health and safety and how it applies to the aged care environment.
5. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment in an aged care environment.
6. Willing to learn and be trained in cleaning and personal care if no previous experience.
7. Ability and willingness to work shifts on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
8. Ability to work effectively as a member of the team and take directions from supervisor.
