Residential Service Assistant

- Certificate 3 in Aged Care or related field.
- Current First Aid certificate.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Understanding and commitment to work health and safety and how it applies to the aged care environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment in an aged care environment.
- Willing to learn and be trained in cleaning and personal care if no previous experience.
- Ability and willingness to work shifts on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of the team and take directions from supervisor.
