- Experience working in a research environment, including knowledge of the end to end research process. Knowledge of research grant management strongly favoured.
- Demonstrated experience documenting, developing and testing processes in a research environment.
- Knowledge of and experience with recruitment processes and systems (e.g. ROB) in a NSW Health environment desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal, negotiation and consultative skills and demonstrated capacity to work with sensitive issues, with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, enhancement proposals, business plans and briefs.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders.
