Research Officer Hand Surgery

2. Tertiary qualification in health-related field or equivalent experience.
3. Understanding and experience of the management of people with hand injuries and pathology.
4. Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to co-ordinate, motivate, negotiate and delegate. Sound computer literacy and demonstrated experience using software applications.
5. Experience in designing and delivering strategic and educational plans and packages, involving a range of providers and covering diverse topics.
6. Proven experience in planning, managing and implementing quality improvement and research projects.
7. Demonstrated experience in securing funding through grants and management of expenditure and resources to meet targets and ensure budgets remain fiscally responsible.
8. Current NSW Driver’s license.
