Research Officer Hand Surgery

- Tertiary qualification in health-related field or equivalent experience.
- Understanding and experience of the management of people with hand injuries and pathology.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to co-ordinate, motivate, negotiate and delegate. Sound computer literacy and demonstrated experience using software applications.
- Experience in designing and delivering strategic and educational plans and packages, involving a range of providers and covering diverse topics.
- Proven experience in planning, managing and implementing quality improvement and research projects.
- Demonstrated experience in securing funding through grants and management of expenditure and resources to meet targets and ensure budgets remain fiscally responsible.
- Current NSW Driver’s license.
