Selection Criteria
- Qualifications in a mental health related discipline - Occupational Therapist (current registration with AHPRA), Social Worker (eligible for membership of AASW), Registered Mental Health Nurse (current registration with AHPRA) or Senior Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist (current registration with AHPRA)
- Extensive experience in mental health rehabilitation with knowledge of delivery models in community based and inpatient settings
- Demonstrated, high level verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills/ experience in clinical practice, supervision and team coordination
- Experience in a lead role with service planning and development, quality activities, and evaluation
- Demonstrated commitment to strengths and recovery based practice with experience and understanding of models of consumer participation
- Current NSW Drivers Licence (Class C – unrestricted)
- Computer literacy including MS Office applications & relevant health databases and systems
