  1. Current registration with AHRPA and significant experience in the delivery of nursing care and an understanding of the delivery of Primary Health Care.
  2. Demonstrated effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing planning and care co- ordination to meet the needs of clients.
  4. Demonstrated information and communication technology skills in standard software programs and electronic patient records for purposes such as word processing, internet, data entry, basic spreadsheet use, email and clinical documentation.
  5. Demonstrated skills & ability to organise work priorities and manage time effectively in a high volume work area.
  6. Current licence to drive in NSW and willingness to travel to fulfil the responsibilities of the role.
