Nepean Hospital is seeking a compassionate and detail-orientated Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Trials team in the Renal Medicine Unit.
As a Clinical Trials Registered Nurse you will play a critical role in the coordination, implementation and oversight of clinical research studies. You’ll work closely with principal investigators, research coordinators and renal patients to ensure safe, ethical, and high-quality delivery of clinical trial protocols. This role will see you coordinate and deliver nursing care to participants enrolled in renal clinical trials and perform screening, enrollment, monitoring and follow-up of participants in accordance with study protocols.

What you will bring to the role:
- Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
- Previous experience working with Clinical trials or on research projects
- Experience in the use of databases and the utilization of information technology
- Demonstrated superior written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with sensitive issues
- Demonstrated effective time management, delegation and problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and willingness to work as part of a team
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development
