Selection Criteria:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Midwife (Division 1).
- Recent clinical experience working in a Post Natal/ Antenatal Ward, Labour Ward and Maternity setting.
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the Continuous Quality Improvement concepts.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of person centred care and NSW Health Core Values.
