Selection criteria to be addressed:

  1. Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Written, verbal, and telephone) with the ability to work effectively.
  2. Desire to learn and develop knowledge and skills in Human Resources and its Recruitment and Transaction Portfolios.
  3. Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and processes, whilst undertaking various administrative tasks and duties with high attention to detail, confidentiality and discretion.
  4. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work activities to achieve work outcomes within deadlines.
  5. Demonstrated effective accurate use of Microsoft packages such as outlook, excel and word processing applications, particularly in relation to data entry and data management.
  6. Demonstrated high level of accuracy, attention to detail and proven effectiveness as a team player including a flexible, self-motivated and pro-active approach.
  7. Capacity to quickly learn new systems and processes using corporate software applications, such as ROB, Human Resources Information Systems and Rostering Systems.
  8. Natural strong customer service skills demonstrating a focuses, supportive and responsive approach to managing enquiries.
