Recruitment Officer (Administrative Officer Level 4) - Liverpool Hospital - Temp F/T

Selection Criteria:

1. Recent experience working in a Recruitment or HR Transactional unit for a large complex organisation, or a similar position working with an eRecruitment system or a Human Resources information System.
2. Demonstrated capacity to understand and interpret NSW Health Industry Awards and Agreements.
3. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and use initiative, judgement and discretion in a flexible and creative manner.
4. Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, prioritise, negotiate and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results and meet deadlines
5. Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service for a broad range of clients whilst maintaining confidentiality
6. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively and effectively with a team that services a wide and varied client base.
7. Demonstrated well developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all internal and external SWSLHD recruitment stakeholders.
8. Demonstrated experience with the use of Social Media and Recruitment applications such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Seek or Twitter particularly in a recruitment and employee engagement capacity.
