We are looking for an experienced Recruitment or HR Transactional person who has strong attention to detail to join a dynamic and dedicated team.
Your new role…

The Recruitment Officer position works within the Workforce Services Unit for Sydney Local Health District, based at Concord.  


The Recruitment Officer is responsible for the efficient delivery of an end to end recruitment function for Sydney Local Health District (SLHD).
This position's key purpose is the delivery of a range of client focused recruitment activities and services to support Managers and staff to meet expectations and compliance requirements of SLHD and in keeping with legislation, MOH and LHD policies.

The ideal candidate will have… 
  • Previous experience working in a Recruitment or HR Transactional environment using a Recruitment and Onboarding system or Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or in a similar environment.
  • A high level of customer service skills including the ability to liaise effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a high volume and demanding environment to meet strict deadlines while constantly looking at ways to improve service delivery.
