To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
- Recent experience working in a Recruitment or HR Transactional unit for a large complex organisation, or a similar position working with an eRecruitment system or a Human Resources information System.
- Demonstrated capacity to understand and interpret NSW Health Industry Awards and Agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and use initiative, judgement and discretion in a flexible and creative manner.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, prioritise, negotiate and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service for a broad range of clients whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively and effectively with a team that services a wide and varied client base.
- Demonstrated well developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all internal and external SWSLHD recruitment stakeholders.
