- Extensive experience in providing end to end recruitment services, including demonstrated experience in providing sound recruitment advice to customers.
- Demonstrated client service focus and experience in managing customer expectations and identifying customer needs.
- Capacity and willingness to travel to metropolitan and rural NSW Health business and service locations throughout NSW.
- Practical experience working with policies, procedures, awards or legislative instruments in a recruitment context, including proven experience providing high level policy advice.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to proactively prioritise competing demands and achieve results.
- Previous experience using an online recruitment system, preferably Taleo, and a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), in a recruiter context.
- High level conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Well-developed communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills and sound interpersonal skills applied at a high level.
