Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Graduate of a course in Medical Radiation Science-Radiation Therapy; Registration as a Medical Radiation Therapist by the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority (AHPRA) and holder of IA13 and S13 Radiation User Licence by the NSW Environment Protection Authority.
- Recent and demonstrated sound knowledge and experience in Image Guided Radiation Therapy, including online CBCT reviews with Soft Tissue matching.
- Recent and demonstrated experience and technical skills in advanced Planning techniques, incorporating multi-modality image registration for techniques such as IMRT and VMAT.
- Demonstrated evidence of contribution to a high functioning team that encourages collaboration and participation in shared team goals.
- Dedicated commitment in providing excellent and safe individual patient care, balanced against providing an efficient service for all patients.
- Excellent oral communication skills, complimented by thorough notation in the patient electronic record.
- Ability to work with department-specific software and hardware, including Pinnacle Treatment Planning, Mosaiq Oncology Information System, as well as Elekta Linear Accelerators.
